--- Comment #4 from Ian Romanick <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 2008-10-15 15:10:24 PST --- Created an attachment (id=19672) --> (http://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=19672) Test to verify functionality Apologies for taking so long to reply. I wanted to verify the behavior on the AMD and Nvidia closed-source drivers before commenting further. This test shows exactly what behavior is desired. It passes on both closed-source drivers, but it fails on Mesa. Generally if both AMD and Nvidia agree, then that's the de facto standard. Sad, but true. I think the right fix is to just have the last else clause in _mesa_GetObjectParameterivARB return GL_INVALID_VALUE instead of GL_INVALID_OPERATION. My initial patches were too convoluted, and the currently applied patch doesn't fix the problem. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Mesa3d-dev mailing list Mesa3d-dev@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mesa3d-dev
