To me, it seems perfectly reasonable that DRI requires DRM. So, having
dri_interface.h pull in drm.h would be fine in my book. However, in this case,
the user is specifying --disable-dri. That seems reasonable to assume that
dri_interface.h isn't going to be used by the xserver build. I don't think that
--enable-glx --disable-dri is a valid build target, though, since the current
GLX implementation relies on DRI. Is that right? If so, perhaps the xserver
build should bail out if GLX=yes and DRI=no.
