Actually, I wouldn't mind cutting 7.4 in a couple weeks.  The stable Mesa 
branch should always be in pretty good shape and more or less ready to go.

Ian, is there a particular deadline/date that you'd like to see the 7.4 release?

If you can bring in your fixes and do some testing, that'd work for me.
