OK, it compiles but it doesn't run at all.  The SPUs immediately crash 
because of invalid commands in the batch buffers.  I suspect there's 
other breakage in texture handing and displaying of display targets.

I don't have time to fix this so I guess cell will stay broken for a 
while.
