Last time I did, I was just told that I should address it when I get time, and 
I never got time. ;p

I don't even remember what the problems were any more, but when I try next 
time, I'll ping the list.  I believe at the time there was PKG_CONFIG-foo for 
libdrm, dri2proto, etc which were obviously not relevant to darwin.
