Maybe we can use JIRAs to track the discussion and progress, these two (one
of which is about branding) have been outstanding for a while
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS/component/12320710 and should
at least be closed when a compliant site goes up.

Are you [thinking about] using ASF CSM for the new site?

Also, I've been using that component, project-website, to label all website
related JIRAs.
