Note: yes, please, branding issues like the "TM" in graphical logos should not hold up your work if you have eager volunteers! While it is important for all Apache projects to comply with the branding requirements, they generally should not gate any other forward progress.
So keep moving forward. And... yes, at some point soon we will need to review the site vs. the whole set of branding requirements.
