Hi,

I'm a software engineer at Delphi Automotive systems, currently I was assigned
to get experience using the Yocto Project for a i.MX 6 processor.

In the NXP page I found the tutorial

"The Yocto Project(tm) and Linux(r)
Software Development for i.MX
Application Processors
EUF-SDS-T0106"

And I got to the step to "Get Manifest and Download Yocto Sources".

I'm trying to run the repo command to get a Git branch but when I run the
following command I'm getting an error and I can't connect to the server:

~/fsl-release-bsp/git-repo$ repo init -u
git://git.freescale.com/imx/fsl-arm-yocto-bsp.git -b imx-3.14.52-1.0.0_ga
fatal: unable to connect to git.freescale.com:
git.freescale.com: Name or service not known

fatal: unable to connect to git.freescale.com:
git.freescale.com: Name or service not known

fatal: cannot obtain manifest git://git.freescale.com/imx/fsl-arm-yocto-bsp.git

Could you help me to figure out why I can't connect to git.freescale.com? Or
can you tell me to whom should I be directing this question?

Thank you in advance.
Max Garces
