Hi guys! Thank you for your replies and I apologize if this is not the right place to post about these issues. I have actually just found a solution for the problem. I had to add the line
arch armv7ahf-vfp-neon to the /etc/opkg/arch.conf file on the beaglebone. And now all packages can be installed on it. Thanks again Ceci Am Montag, 10.
