Then after that you can move away from PetaLinux into Yocto. (What Xilinx
calls the "community" design flow).
That being said, as gatesgarth cannot build the PMU firmware currently,
here is what I use for now:

You would have to download "xilinx-zcu102-v2020.2-final.bsp" from your
Xilinx account.
