I spent some effort trying to restructure the layers to both clean up some work, as well as make it clear what components are still experimental and possibly not functional.

You'll see in both cases there is now a meta-xilinx-standalone-experimental layer. It contains a number of things that are very much partially implemented, experimental or the corresponding code hasn't be released yet. The items in meta-xilinx-standalone should all be functional now (except for the psm-firmware -- still working on this!) In order to build the pmu-firmware that has come up recently, the 'standalone' version can be built using: MACHINE=microblaze-pmu DISTRO=xilinx-standalone bitbake pmu-firmware (I've not verified it actually works, still working through this all....) Anyway, if you have feedback on layout, functionality, etc... please let me know. Now is the time for me to make changes under the current Xilinx development cycle. --Mark
