Then you definitely don't want streaming, which although it can start
up quickly, rarely does, and even more rarely plays smoothly. Not to
mention all the firewall/proxy/bandwidth issues. You'd be much better
off just downloading fixed clips using HTTP and then playing them with
the new player control (in sequence, if multiple clips are necessary).
