We do usally run an email survey after each release where some of the
things on the list are put up for a "vote".  While we're generally
pretty open about our development plans, there is a certain advantage
in not having the full feature list available to potential
competitors, especially not a ranked one.

The initial implementation would probably just be an enhancement to
the existing "visual effect" command, which would allow card
transitions and object transitions, but only with hide/show and
lock/unlock screen.
