Except possibly in the case where the display font setting is set to
"large fonts", which are about 25% larger than "small fonts" (the normal
sized ones). Also the user can apply a custom setting - they can tell
the OS to display fonts at any percentage of normal size that they want
(though I imagine the use of this is rare).

You can look in the Windows registry to find out what their font display
is set to, at least with "large" or small". (Probably applies to custom
settings also, but I haven't tried it.)

Here's the registry path:
