you must reboot after you install QT or at least quit MC but i'd
recommend rebooting. QT is system software...

it's passed the startup tests...

maybe make an installer stack and then runs your stack but if you must
reboot...
there's also an issue with QT2 which is unremovable.
Let me know and i send you a procedure to remove it safely...

Uh, Peter, next time make sure you promess to deliver something, make sure
you have tested the concept before. It's just a precious piece of advice i
can give you - that killed me once. Finding alternatives at the last moment
is not a good idea or excuse...
