(on Mac, but is this also possible on Windoze?)
I've made a standalone and I want it to be always in front (also before
other apps) and let it be a palette.
I know I can let the stack palette itself, but I'll first see a normal
window, and that's ugly.
I already have been playing around in ResEdit (ooooh, that's really
dangerous), but I didn't find the resource I need.
