However this includes all revenue streams and looking at the breakout here http://www.ebayinc.com/content/fact_sheet/eBay_Inc_Corporate_Fact_Sheet_Q3_ 2012 US & International transaction revenue looks to have shown only very modest growth in the last 5 years which may well indicate losing volume and gouging more. Not a winning strategy to keep up I agree.
