You'd buy French helium 3? I doubt they will be sell to us a decade from how. I did write them a month back and they sell for $750/g. That is  75% cheaper than a billion dollars a metric ton, the current bench mark. However  expect prices to rise with demand until Uranitian helium 3 arrives.
