oh yes!!
in 1999, then in 2000 then again in 2001.
yes, it took 3 tries (that I know of, since I joined very early in 1999) to get the IMCA created.
The players did change, but Steve (Arkansas) was one of the early movers.
And the insults, the accusations......... Art was kept very busy, and did ban a few people. People we would rather not remember.
It makes the latest arguments look very mild indeed.
