I would not want to give money to an organization of Evangelical Christians.
I want no part of this if that is where the money is going.
You say the group forces it's people to make religious oaths to serve, the
do their relief with bibles, likely wont help people if they don't accept
Jesus on the spot! Evangelical Christians are giving us "Intelligent Design"
in school science classes, and Jesus sanctioned assassinations via top
Evangelical Pat Robertson.
You can donate to this evangelical group if you want in private, but I will
have no part of this if the money is going to these people. The Red Cross
helps anyone and accepts help from anyone. That is the way it should be.

Michael, thanks for pointing this out!! People should be made aware that
some of the organizations (some that Michael pointed out) waste 90% and
only apply 10% to where it is needed.
The Samaritan's Purse only has 10% administration fee and 90% goes to
where it is suppose to go. They send out their annual statements showing
what they took in and where the money went and what percentage. They are
for the most part VERY efficient. Anyone wanting to donate to this
excellent organization can do so by sending dollars to:

Before many of the other organizations were even down there the
Samaritan's Purse People were down there with relief!!! I might add that
this has a tie in to the Billy Graham organization. I was planning to put
some eBay auctions up selling meteorites and listing the Samaritan's Purse
as the place the money would be sent to, as I believe it will do the most
good. All my best!
