Sorry to hear about this Dean. I suggest that you write a letter to the CEO. Not an email, a letter, and send it registered mail. It may not get to the CEO, but it carries a bit more weight than an email or phone conversation with a lower CS person who know or cares very little, and is powerless to change anything.
