Dave,

The config.pro option "IGES_OUT_TRIM_XYZ NO" tells Pro/E not to output
construction geometry (wire frame), but if there're construction surfaces,
then a separate quilt of surface needs to be created for export, else Pro/E
will export the whole thing whether it is blank or unblank.
