I didn't know if you had surfacing, so I sent you a file which will do what you want. I created a slanted surface and projected an arc onto it. With lead-in lines added, and a copy rotated 180 degrees, it becomes a complete cutter path.
 
The beauty of this cutter path is that it can be used to cut any similar oil groove. It currently has a radius of .135. You can used Transform, Scale to increase or decrease the radius to be anything you want. Use a scale factor of .26/.135 for X and Y axes and it will cut a .010 groove in a 3/4" I.D.  Use a scale factor for the Z axis and you can adjust the height of the groove.

    I want to machine an oil groove inside a 1/2 id bushing that is 3/4 long using a 1/4" dia ball cutter, ie carbide burr
