Jon,
I didn't know if you had surfacing, so I sent
you a file which will do what you want. I created a slanted surface and
projected an arc onto it. With lead-in lines added, and a copy rotated 180
degrees, it becomes a complete cutter path.
The beauty of this cutter path is that it can be
used to cut any similar oil groove. It currently has a radius of .135. You can
used Transform, Scale to increase or decrease the radius to be anything you
want. Use a scale factor of .26/.135 for X and Y axes and it will cut a .010
groove in a 3/4" I.D. Use a scale factor for the Z axis and you can adjust
the height of the groove.
