Jon,

Group the surface and the projection element(s). Set to input with a step. Then, Process, Surface Mach, Projected. You can select a Finish Allowance to leave material (positive amount), to zero (cut on-size), or to cut undersize. You can only cut undersize as much as the radius of the tool less the total amount of tolerance specified. In my example, I used Finish Allowance 0, In Tol 0.0000 and Out Tol 0.0001.

Your Process, Surface Mach toolbox should contain Straight, Projected, Roughing, Flow Line and Contour.

Hey, thats gread Gene, but I have one question for you.  I can't find projection to a surface anywhere on this dang thing.  I have free form, but all I can find is projecting to a mesh, not a surface.   Did you mis-state it, or am I lost once again?
Thanks
