Bill, and all,

You will find that the CTK adds a # character to the variable names that you
assign to a token. If you type in #LENGTH it becomes ##LENGTH. To verify
this, after running your macro via the CTK panel, go to "Macro - Variables"
from the menu and see if there is a #LENGTH listed. Variables displayed here
normally do not show the # character.
When you assign a variable to CTK token only type in the variable name, i.e.
"LENGTH".

Chris, and all,

Thanks Chris, that got me started.

I successfully created a panel with variables that came up in the user menu
as described.

However, when I select GO up come the normal macro prompts regardless of
whether or not I've entered values into the boxes. Any suggestions. For
instance #LENGTH as a variable, should I enter in the variable box as LENGTH
or #LENGTH?

Regards,

Bill in the UK.
