Hello all, I need mill a helix using only one line in my nc. So, i need output the pitch value and the depth value of the thread. To output the pitch value with the template #INC, but i don't know how output the depth value. The section will be anything like this:
(#S17 = pitch value) (#S18 = depth value) #EVAL(#V19=INT(#S18/#S17)) #MOV X#XPOS Y#YPOS I#XCTR J#YCTR Z#ZPOS TURN=#V19 F#FEED (where turn is the number of complete turns in the helix) outputing, for example: G03 X67.0 Y35.0 I-32.0 J0.0 Z0.0 TURN=12 F48 Any help will be really appreciated.
