Bill,
I don't see any moves thru the billet in show cut. Steps 81 & 32 hit the edge of the lower square area, increasing the clearance plane fixed that. I didn't look at the code.

Hi guys,
HELP.
Could somebody have a look at the enclosed file Part_126, it's 4-axis
milling. The problem is the simulation in SHOW_CUT or SHOW_PATH. The first
few moves behave okay with indexes and moves around the part, suddenly some
really wacky moves appear, crashing right through the billet at odd angles.
I've checked the .SMF and .PM4 files over and over but can't find the
problem. Is it me or SmartCAM?
Any help would be much appreciated.
