Bill could you post a screen capture of the finished show cut window (with the area in question). Exactly which tools (steps) are the culprits?

Thanks for looking at my problem.

Lee, you say you don't see any crashes through the billet, that's strange.
To me it looks wrong in both Free-Form and Advanced 3-D.

I know there are crashes at the bottom of the part but I intend to stop the
4th axis from going that way as there will be a clamp there, so 100mm (4")
should be sufficient clearance height.

On my SHOW_CUT two or three tools appear to index almost in 5-axis motion
and come through the side of the part.

The code output is pretty good but I can't rely on the simulation as it is.

Any more thoughts?
