Title: .jof file
Thanks guys, job note size is one of those things I seem to be running into more and more lately.

I have another question that I would appreciate your comments on.
multi axis programming
We currently purchased a 9 axis (dual spindle, dual turrets with one milling head)  G300 INDEX http://www.index-usa.com/ turning\milling center and are once again faced with software decisions. We have not committed to any one software company. We would like keep an open mind and use a product that would give the best chance to be successful. Could anyone using a similar machine recommend and\or comment on there current software. How about Unigraphics, Ideas, Mastercam, Edgecam do they have this capability? The machine builder has recommended Gibbscam, can anyone comment?

Thanks everyone for your time.

Lee
I don't think it's possible to increase the size of the job note, but if you are printing this on the jof file, you can make it appear larger by using the material description note under the material tab.  By having your mjobinf.fmt file print the material description and the job note one after the other it looks as if its one note.  This is a little cumbersome but as long as you don't have to do it a lot, it seems to work ok.

Group,
Is it possible to increase the number of characters in the job notes section of the job operations file? if so, how?
