Fred, Lee, While at my previous employer we were able to create a template Job Plan that contained a fill-in-the-blank form in Job Notes, to standardize our shop documents. It was quite extensive. Way more than 256 characters. I believe the limit, not positive, is 16,384 characters. We did hit the limit. I just tried around 500 and it worked fine.
