Subject: RE: [mfg-smartcam] Macro
question. No of tool in a program
Gary,
You
could open the planner and delete all unused tools and then use renumber
starting with one (1) and increment by ones. Then the last tool in the list
would have the number you are looking for. Just save before doing so and not
after. As the other person (Kelley Spinks) said you could make this into a macro by recording it the
first time you do it. Hope this helps.

I am looking for a macro or some ideas on how to create
one to do the following.
I would like to know how many tools are used in a
particular program.
For instance the last project had 62 tools, this is a lot
of counting manually.
It would be nice to run a macro that returns the number of
tools used in the current program.
Thank you for your input.
Regards,
Gary
