FWIW, I'm seeing the same thing.  It looks like the "with:public" query now 
gives me back a static list that's about 20 minutes old.  So it's not just you.

I could only speculate as to why this is the case.  More specific searches 
(e.g. "with:public wave") give me more recent results, but they all seem to 
go static.  Maybe the hamster died ;-)
