FWIW, I'm seeing the same thing. It looks like the "with:public" query now gives me back a static list that's about 20 minutes old. So it's not just you. I could only speculate as to why this is the case. More specific searches (e.g. "with:public wave") give me more recent results, but they all seem to go static. I tried it all the major browsers in Linux and Windows - Chrome, FF3, IE8, Safari - and got the same results. (The only browser I tried that Wave didn't work well with was Opera 10.10 running in Windows XP.) It seems like the "with:public" query is paused, but I can't figure out how to resume or "unpause" it. When the public wave list was actively showing updates, as it had been at the meeting and up until recently, there was a pause function that I currently don't see available. As I said in my original post, with more and more invites going out and more folks figuring out how to use and create Wave's public waves, if anything there should be a lot more public posts which we should be seeing dynamically being created and updated in real-time unless, of course, the updates were intentionally paused. As busy as the dynamic public waves were when Wave was showing them updated in real-time it was a serendipitous way to find interesting and useful public waves that I might not have found if I'd only done a narrow with:public query. It also gave a window into the public wave world as to which public waves were the most active. _______________________________________________ Mid-Hudson Valley Linux Users Group http://mhvlug.org http://mhvlug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mhvlug Upcoming Meetings (6pm - 8pm) MHVLS Auditorium Dec 2 - MythTV Jan 6 - Git
