I wasn't aware that we were paying rent.  I thought that we were in a no
charge community room.  I remember being told that one of the biggest
stumbling blocks that Sean had was finding a meeting place and, if you
are ready to pay the going rate, the woods are full of places that you
can rent.

Most of the no charge community rooms require that you have a liability
policy.  One of the  malls has a free community room but you need a
liability policy.
