I was curious as to what the differences between the proprietary version of 
VirtualBox and the Open Source Edition (VirtualBox OSE) were.  Apparently the 
only thing the proprietary version has over the OSE verion is:

  - A built-in Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) server
  - USB pass-through to guest VM
  - The combination of running the RDP server with support of
      remote USB devices

And for Debian, VirtualBox OSE 3.2.8 is right in the main tree -- no external 
repository needed.
