DCC would require professor sponsorship ( with semi complex permission from there board/department etc. ) Then you need to pay for the space and 2 cleaning staff, Back 8+ years ago that worked out to be $150 a meeting, I expect more now.
Also Morse estates on 9 does rent a room but again they wanted $200 and we could only book 30 days in advance ( they reserve the right to bump ).
