Yup. The manifold we bought has cracked and been welded and cut. ;)

Given that an aux fuel pump is likely to be a large percentage of our 
total budget, I think we'll stick to 5-6 psi.

Ah, double checking the idle switch (it's a 1.6) hadn't occurred to me.
