Some guy in wisconsin is Dave Wheeler (DaveW on SM.com).  Long time SM
supporter, very good guy.  He holds annual tech for SCCA and Midwest Council
at his shop

We bought some bolts that were way too long but the proper thread and pitch
and cut them down.  Worked well, fairly cheap, all that.  we just took the
whole rack to the hardware store :p
