If you really desperate, I suggest a foam pillow stuffed into the inside of the door at strategic locations until it makes the rattle go away may help u isolate it to a general area.

This leads one to believe it's not an RPM induced high frequency noise, but rather one that happens when the car/door is jostled. Seems to me like something big is moving around (versus something small vibrating). Things to possibly check: Is your speaker tight? With the door panel off... Is the window regulator tight? Top and bottom? Is the window tight on the bracket that attaches it to the regulator? Put the window about half way down (so you can get to the bottom edge through the pass-through) - Try **gently** manually manipulating the window - does it move up/down or in/out? Does it rock fore/aft? Does it twist torsionally? Is it making contact with anything else when you try these movements? Good luck!!
