Speaking of Octane, anyone else notice less high-test?  I've only seen 92
Octane for premium here in Michigan this summer.. maybe I need to look
around more?? Used to find 93 often and 94 once in a blue moon.  Thought
that sort of odd, but perhaps it's a cost savings measure..

p.s. soon it'll be cheaper to mix Ethanol, Xylene and dog pee and still get

Exactly it's not 91 plus E10 = 93.  It's 91 with the E10 already accounted
for.

Right.... the best stuff that comes out of most CA pumps is 91 octane,
and is already E10. We replaced MTBE (which I think was a CA-only
mistake) with ethanol here.
