I'm fairly certain that our pumps don't say that. I'll take my magnifying  
glass next time I go to the station and read all the fine print.
 
In any case, I added 10% ethanol to whatever constitutes 91 fuel.

Yes, every pump says "May contain up to 10% Ethanol". In  digging around 
a little, it turns out that the minimum ethanol level here  is 5.9%, but 
that the label has to say "up to 10%" so they can raise that  minimum 
level without having to change labels.

To your original  question, though...lots of people are running turbo 
Miatas on E10, or at  least E6, because they have no choice.  ;)
