It is 100 percent total political power grab and wealth redistribution. If it were the total truth that global warming was real and the ozone was dying, and all landmass is going to be under water in 20 then people would change. People are inherently searching and striving for survival. Furthermore if it wasn't a political issue changes would be made that didn't tax the hell out of corporations. Wealth envy is growing and it is these very people legislating.
