You can definitely run with both an MBC and EBC. I did that for a while in
my quest to get a good stable pressure. FWIW I tried several MBCs (4 or 5?)
and an EBC and never did get good pressure. It was my turbo (WG porting) and
there was nothing I could do about it. I think I ended up with about a 2 PSI
boost creep in the end and never could get anything better than that. This
probably isn't the case with your turbo (mine was pretty small) but take a
look at the WG and see if you can open up the port a bit.
