I don't think OBD I will have anything like that. It really doesn't report data like OBD II does Larry White Knight 1991 Crystal White #99 CSP Silver Bullet 1992 Silverstone #17 SM2 FM I+ Turbo Honey B 1992 Sunburst Yellow #99 SM2L JR Supercharger Whooosh 2004 Titanium Mazdaspeed MX-5 LowCountry Miata http://www.lowcountrymiataclub.net Masters Miata RAGS 074 From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, May 14, 2009 3:03 PM To: Larry Alster Cc: [email protected] Subject: RE: NMC - OBD-I dashboard device? Nope, you don't misunderstand, that is OBD 2 but I need an OBD 1 version tho... which I can't seem to find yet. :(
So, I am looking for an OBD 1 version similar to that. Scangage is cool, but also OBD2 it seems. So no joy there either. Howdy all! I'm facing having to buy an electronic speedo for the RX7 project, but was contemplating a OBD dashboard device instead.. any suggestions for an OBD-I dashboard device? Something like this: <http://tunertools.com/proddetail.asp?prod=DT-DashDAQ> http://tunertools.com/proddetail.asp?prod=DT-DashDAQ Device would be semipermanent, and may take place of the stock cluster or be integrated into that opening. I am able to perform he functions via laptop software, but I am trying to find a way to have a speedo in the car via the OBD port. No clue what other options are out there, but am open to suggestions.. so fire away! Wallyman
