I feel like I wouldn't be doing my job if i didn't ask... What about the rest of the engine? If the cam's got a big chunk of metal out of it, where did it go and what did it hit?

Big chunk out of it and it looks like they left a little metal in there so it ate up some rings around the shaft as well.
