if you can find someone who thinks the mods are worth paying for and falls in love with the car (high skool kid - and the "high" is an adjective referring to his state of sober, not part of the noun) AND has some money, maybe 2850. The mods are a detriment to everybody else (cept maybe the roll bar). Leaks Oil? - thinks it's a british sports car! open diff, coil overs, roll bar, etc.... all detriments to anyone looking for a spec miata (which can be picked up for far less than the above price). In these parts, an oil leaking, hard life m1 miata (that's been bastardized in it's drivetrain), he'd be lucky to get 2000 for it. people give cars like this away all the time, hard to compete against that. here's what i suggest, he should park it in the driveway with a "for sale" sign in the window. Let it sit there for 10 or 20 years, then pay someone to drag it away. dan

Texas car but clear coat peeling on trunk, mismatched left fender (montego but has rockgaurd while rest of car does not), door dings, etc. Typcial wear for a car that age. Top good. 90k on body, but motor and tranny were swaped from something else Rollbar (track legal) FM frame rails RB Header (but stock exhaust) KYB 8 ways and GC coilovers Fidanza FW and Spec clutch but bone stock engine, no power mods Leaks oil.. assume valve cover or CAS Otherwise runs decent, no major mechanical issues. So, what is that worth on the open market right now? I'm guessing sub 3500, but curious what you guys think. Thanks!
