You say the clutch isn't fully releasing, meaning the gears seem to be engaged when the clutch is fully depressed. Are you absolutely certain that you DON'T have a fluid leak, either at the back of the master into the car, or down at the slave? In a message dated 3/24/2010 2:06:59 P.M. My 91 just out of the blue stopped releasing. I bled the system and no fix. The master and slave were replaced last spring and seem to be still working. There is no odd noise coming from the clutch area. I tried pushing the clutch fork farther back with a pry bar and it wouldn't go any farther.
