  You could try the adjustment directions in our FAQ. If they don't work (and 
you have no hydraulic leaks), maybe a failing pilot bearing.

  My 91 just out of the blue stopped releasing. I bled the system and no fix. 
The master and slave were replaced last spring and seem to be still working. 
There is no odd noise coming from the clutch area. I tried pushing the clutch 
fork f
