A year apart does seem like a long time (tho' your dates both say 1967...but in the wrong order), but I certainly have to accept Gary's knowledge (or lack of same). I can't believe there aren't court records, or something, somewhere, but I'm out of ideas as to where to look. Maybe we should just leave the pot bust out...to fend off a potential lawsuit? I saw a recent interview with Steve Boone, he said that for "whatever reason, the Spoonful were not a hard partying band", and he made no reference to the bust at all.
