The June 24, 1967 date for Zal's last gig with the Spoonful is correct. I found an advert for the festival. Several sites say the pot bust with Boone took place in May 1966 - no concrete day date yet. Here's one link I found. The article mention Gary Pig Gold, who is a "friend" of mine on Facebook. I'll contact him and see if he knows just exactly what's what.
